When you’re going through a stressful time, do you berate yourself for being tired and overwhelmed?

Yes, stressful times are hard. But so often, we make them even harder. We don’t give ourselves what we need, and we’re mean to ourselves when we feel exhausted and stressed out.

It doesn’t have to be so hard.

Whether you’re moving, caretaking, starting a new job, grieving a loss, or living through a presidential election, it’s important to acknowledge that you’re in a challenging season of life. During this time, your capacity will be low and your stress level will be high.

You don’t have to hate yourself when your capacity is low. And you don't have to override your body's limits and needs in order to push through. You just need to learn to live and work with your low capacity. Supporting yourself during hard times is a skill that can be learned.

In this Community Class, I’ll teach you how to mentally and logistically resource yourself for a hard time. You’ll still be stressed out, because you’ll be going through something hard. But after this class, you can take dread, overwhelm, and self-loathing out of the equation.

If you tend to be hard on yourself when you aren’t a superstar—or you just need some extra support getting through a hard time with more grace—this class is for you.
