I’m writing a book!

Y'all...

I'm writing a BOOK!

A real book. The kind with a barcode on the back, a tiny title on the spine, and numbered pages filled with carefully crafted words in a typeface of my choosing.

I'm jumping-out-of-my-chair excited for this. And I want you to be excited, too.

Because this book is for YOU.

It's a practical guide to help stressed-out humans stop pushing and start living.

In the real world, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach for coping with stress. Unlike conventional self-help, this book honors that we all have different bodies, moods, trauma histories, and circumstances. Using science and soul, I share dozens of diverse stress relief techniques you can explore in under 5 minutes.

It will teach you:

  • How the body responds to stress and why it matters

  • How to notice what stress and calm feel like in your body

  • How to discharge stuck stress and soothe frazzled nerves

  • What stress relief techniques work best for you in different situations

  • Why regulating your stress will change the world

I think you're going to love this book, and I’m asking for your support to make it stellar.

Click here to support my book.

Your donations will help me hire a specialist to review the science-y parts, hire a proofreader to make it shine, and build a modest budget for publishing and promotion.

Every penny helps!

If you can donate $50 or more, you'll receive:

  • A copy of the book as soon as it comes out

  • Bonus guided audio practices for mind-body relief

  • A hand-painted bookmark by my mom, artist Suze Corte (!)

To further entice you, here’s a sneak peek of the introduction, read aloud by the author (that’s me!). It's 12 minutes long, features a sunny mountain creek, and is dedicated to anyone who responds to their overwhelm by pushing harder.

With oodles of gratitude and momentum,
Quinn
