Vinyasa Flow Yoga

About this Gathering

This is a 75-minute vinyasa flow class with Elizabeth Wallace. This class combines movement with breath in sequences that are challenging, yet include modifications to make them accessible to anyone regardless of yoga experience. Students will tune the fluctuations of their mind to the rhythm of their breath and use the physical postures to inspire self reflection and curiosity. All levels welcome.
Elizabeth has prepared an optional Spotify music playlist for this class. If you would like to flow with music, you can cue up this playlist before we start.

About the Facilitator

Elizabeth Wallace has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She first fell in love with the physicality of the practice and relished the opportunity to move with intention. Over time, Elizabeth found joy in connecting deeply to her breath, cultivating steadiness in her thoughts and committing to authenticity in her actions. She completed her 200-hr training with CorePower Yoga in 2017 and has been teaching ever since. She is Reiki-II certified through the Usui tradition, and is currently in the midst of her 300-hr yoga teacher training with Down Under School of Yoga. She is also pursuing her life coach certification. Elizabeth seeks to provide a space for her students to develop a sense of true belonging through clarity of self and connection to community. Her classes interweave strength, flow, breath and mindfulness.
