Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Elizabeth Wallace will lead us in a 75-minute vinyasa flow class. This class combines movement with breath in sequences that are challenging, yet include modifications to make them accessible to anyone regardless of yoga experience. Students will tune the fluctuations of their mind to the rhythm of their breath and use the physical postures to inspire self reflection and curiosity. All levels welcome.

Releasing Worry Through Yoga
Release your burdens and find lightness in this joyful 75-minute yoga flow practice. Gail Picillo is a gem of a human and a very special yoga teacher. Her classes feel like deep inner journeys that are soothing to your mind, body, and soul. Gail provides emotional and soulful cues in addition to physical ones, which help you dive deeper into your practice. Gail’s calling is to share the healing power of yoga, and you can feel this devotion in her beautiful guidance. Modifications will be provided and all levels are welcome.
